Please allow 1-3 days for orders to process and 2-3 weeks for patchwork garments to ship. Shipping times vary depending on product purchased. Please check product descriptions for exact timelines.

All 1 of 1 purchases made from BY L.A.W are final sale. Due to the handcrafted, limited, and often made-to-order nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

While all sales are final, refunds and returns may be approved in rare circumstances such as fulfillment errors or verified defects within 14 days. If approved, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Every order undergoes quality control prior to shipment. In the rare event that you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bylawstudios@gmail.com

 Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can properly assess and determine the appropriate resolution.

 FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ACTIVITY

BY L.A.W reserves the right to flag, restrict, or permanently ban any customer engaging in fraudulent activity. This includes, but is not limited to, excessive or unwarranted chargebacks, false claims, or abuse of our customer service channels.

Such behavior compromises the integrity of our brand and will not be tolerated. Customers found in violation may be restricted from future purchases.
